Client agreements take priority

These website Terms provide general conditions. Where a signed services agreement, statement of work, proposal or other binding commercial agreement applies, that agreement governs the applicable engagement to the extent of any inconsistency.

01 Introduction

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using sentrixmedia.com, submitting an enquiry through the website or otherwise using website features provided by Sentrix, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to your interaction.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the website.

These Terms apply to general website use and do not replace a separate written agreement governing professional services, software development, consulting or another commercial engagement.

02 Corporate Structure

Website Operator

Sentrix Media is a digital-services brand operated by Sentrix Technologies (Private) Limited, Pakistan.

This website is operated and generally administered by Sentrix Technologies (Private) Limited through the Sentrix Media brand.

Sentrix Technologies (Private) Limited also operates Sentrix's primary headquarters and technology-delivery organization in Pakistan, including software engineering, development, quality assurance and technical operations.

03 Contracting Entity

Commercial Services

Depending on the location, scope and commercial arrangement, professional services may be contracted through:

PK
Sentrix Technologies (Private) Limited

Pakistan

US
Sentrix Technologies LLC

United States

Another Sentrix entity may also be used where expressly identified in the applicable proposal or signed agreement.

The specific legal entity responsible for a client engagement will be identified in the relevant proposal, agreement, invoice or other commercial documentation.

04 Engagement Documents

Proposals, Statements of Work & Agreements

Specific client projects may be governed by one or more commercial documents, including proposals, quotations, statements of work, order forms, service agreements or other signed documentation.

These documents may define matters including:

  • project scope and deliverables;
  • project milestones;
  • pricing and payment terms;
  • development responsibilities;
  • testing and acceptance criteria;
  • intellectual-property arrangements;
  • support obligations;
  • confidentiality requirements; and
  • other engagement-specific terms.
Order of priority

Where a signed services agreement exists, the provisions of that agreement govern the applicable commercial engagement to the extent of any inconsistency with these website Terms.

05 Service Information

Sentrix Services

Sentrix provides technology and digital services that may include custom websites, WordPress development, mobile applications, custom software, AI-enabled solutions, automation, SEO, digital marketing and related technical services.

Service descriptions on this website are provided for general information and do not by themselves constitute a binding commitment to provide a particular feature, deliverable, timeline or result.

The actual scope of services for a client project is established through the applicable proposal, statement of work or signed agreement.

06 Cooperation

Client Responsibilities

Successful project delivery may depend on timely cooperation from the client.

Depending on the project, clients may be responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, credentials, access, documentation, branding assets, technical requirements or other materials reasonably required for delivery.

Delays in approvals, feedback, access or required client materials may affect the project schedule or completion date.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to Sentrix may lawfully be used for the applicable project.

07 Project Changes

Changes to Project Scope

Requests that materially change or expand an approved project scope may require additional assessment, revised timelines, additional fees or updated commercial documentation.

Sentrix may request written approval before beginning work that falls outside the originally agreed scope.

Changes to requirements, integrations, features, third-party dependencies or delivery assumptions may also affect project estimates and schedules.

08 Commercial Terms

Fees, Invoices & Payments

Fees, payment schedules, currencies, deposits, milestone payments and other commercial terms are specified in the applicable proposal, invoice, agreement or payment documentation.

Payments should be made to the legal entity, account or payment method identified in the applicable Sentrix commercial documentation.

Clients are responsible for any taxes, duties, transaction fees or similar charges applicable to their purchase unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.

Where permitted under the applicable agreement, Sentrix may pause affected work if required payments remain overdue.

09 Project Delivery

Delivery, Testing & Acceptance

Project delivery procedures, milestones, testing requirements and acceptance criteria may vary by project and should be defined in the applicable engagement documentation.

Clients should review delivered work and provide feedback or report material issues within the review periods agreed for the project.

Any acceptance process, revision period, quality-assurance process or defect-resolution obligation is subject to the scope and terms agreed for that specific engagement.

10 Post-Launch Services

Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support, maintenance, monitoring, hosting, updates, enhancements or technical assistance are provided only where included within the applicable project scope, support plan or separate agreement.

Completion or launch of a project does not automatically create an unlimited or ongoing support obligation.

Where ongoing support is agreed, its scope, duration, response expectations and fees may be documented separately.

11 Ownership

Intellectual Property

Intellectual-property rights relating to a specific client project are governed by the applicable proposal, agreement or other commercial documentation.

Unless otherwise agreed, each party retains ownership of materials, systems, software, processes, trademarks, content, know-how and other intellectual property that it owned or developed independently before the engagement.

Rights in custom project deliverables, source code, designs, documentation or other outputs will be determined by the applicable agreement.

Third-party software, open-source components, fonts, plugins, APIs, libraries, stock assets or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences and ownership terms.

12 External Platforms

Third-Party Services & Integrations

Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting platforms, payment providers, APIs, communication services, analytics platforms, cloud infrastructure, software libraries, plugins or other external systems.

Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms, policies, pricing, availability and technical limitations.

Sentrix does not control independent third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, future pricing, functionality or compatibility.

Changes made by third-party providers may require additional technical work that falls outside an original project scope.

13 Emerging Technology

AI & Automation Solutions

Where Sentrix provides AI-enabled or automated solutions, those systems are configured according to the applicable project requirements, approved data sources, integrations and agreed workflow.

AI-generated or automated outputs may require human review, validation or business approval, particularly where decisions have material operational, financial or legal consequences.

Performance may depend on third-party models, APIs, data quality, configuration and other technical factors outside Sentrix's exclusive control.

14 Business Information

Confidentiality

During commercial discussions or project delivery, either party may receive non-public business, technical or commercial information.

Confidentiality obligations may be established through a non-disclosure agreement, services agreement, proposal or other written agreement.

Where a separate confidentiality agreement exists, its terms govern the applicable confidential information.

15 Website Use

Acceptable Use

You may not use this website or Sentrix services in a manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive or intended to compromise the security or operation of our systems or those of another party.

Without appropriate authorization, you may not attempt to gain access to restricted systems, interfere with website functionality, introduce malicious code, misuse website forms or impersonate another person or organization.

16 Website Information

General Disclaimers

Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes.

Examples, descriptions, illustrations, case studies or service information appearing on the website do not automatically create a contractual commitment, guarantee a particular result or establish the scope of an individual client project.

Technology, search rankings, digital marketing, AI systems and third-party platforms can be affected by factors outside Sentrix's control. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, specific business, revenue, ranking or other commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.

17 Legal Limitations

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sentrix is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from general use of this website.

Liability relating to a professional services engagement is governed by the limitations, exclusions and remedies contained in the applicable signed agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18 Ending Services

Suspension & Termination

The suspension, cancellation or termination of a professional services engagement is governed by the applicable agreement or commercial documentation.

Where permitted by an applicable agreement, Sentrix may suspend affected services for material non-payment, unlawful use, security risks or material breach.

Obligations intended to survive termination, including applicable payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property or liability provisions, may continue according to the governing agreement.

19 Events Outside Control

Force Majeure

Sentrix will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations where performance is materially prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include significant infrastructure failures, internet or cloud outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, labour disruptions, war, civil emergencies, major cyber incidents or failures of critical third-party services.

Any project-specific force-majeure provisions in a signed agreement will govern that engagement.

20 Personal Information

Information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable contractual arrangements.

Website enquiries are initially received through Sentrix Technologies (Private) Limited. Where required for an international commercial engagement, relevant information may also be processed by Sentrix Technologies LLC for client relationship management, contracting, invoicing, payments or related commercial administration.

21 Applicable Agreements

Governing Law & Dispute Terms

The governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution process or venue applicable to a commercial engagement may be identified in the applicable signed agreement.

Where an engagement-specific agreement contains governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions, those provisions apply to that engagement.

Nothing in these website Terms is intended to override mandatory legal rights or requirements that apply regardless of contractual choice.

Any website-wide governing-law or venue provision should be finalized with qualified legal counsel based on Sentrix's actual corporate and commercial arrangements.

22 Revisions

Changes to These Terms

Sentrix may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, corporate structure, technology, business practices or legal requirements.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page and the Last Updated date will be changed.

Changes to these website Terms do not automatically amend a separately signed client agreement unless expressly agreed by the applicable parties.
